Club 9-5

A Pop Up Party series. Work hard. Dream big. Give back.

Put on your rhinestones and bring your ambition. Club 9-5 turns the workday into a reason to gather: women-owned vendors, specialty cocktails, small bites, and local women artists, from 5 to 9 PM. Every party benefits Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. The series launches Tuesday, October 27 at WB Collective.

One simple idea

Work hard. Dream big. Give back.

Every Club 9-5 party sends proceeds to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library through Krewe of Dolly, mailing free books every month to New Orleans children from birth to age five.

What's inside the party

Four hours, four good reasons

Every Club 9-5 Pop Up Party is built from the same four ingredients, with a new lineup each time.

Women-owned vendors

A rotating lineup of women-owned small businesses selling food, drink, and gift items. Every vendor pledges at least 10% of their proceeds to Imagination Library.

Specialty cocktails

A themed cocktail list built for the night, plus non-alcoholic options that get the same care as everything else on the menu.

Small bites

Grazing-sized plates from the vendor lineup, so you can taste your way across the room instead of committing to one table.

Local women artists

An artist market inside the party. Prints, jewelry, ceramics, and originals, sold directly by the women who made them.

The Club 9-5 format

How every event runs

Club 9-5 follows the same arc each time, so you always know what you're walking into.

  1. 9 AM - 5 PM

    Optional co-work day

Included with every ticket. Bring your laptop, take your calls, and get your real work done in good company before the room changes character.

  2. 4:30 PM

    The costume change

Wigs and rhinestones on, laptops closed. The signature Club 9-5 moment: the workday ends and the party starts in the same room.

  3. 5 - 9 PM

    The Pop Up Party

Doors open, vendors and artists set up, cocktails pour, and the night's nonprofit gets a spotlight from the stage. Four hours, one room, everybody in.

The venue, theme, vendors, and artists change from party to party. The co-work day, the 4:30 costume change, the 5 to 9 party window, and the Imagination Library spotlight do not. Tickets are $59.95 in advance and cover the whole day.
