Host a Community Giveback night at your place.

We select women-owned or minority-owned businesses to host Community Giveback nights. You get a full room, new customers, and press. A local nonprofit gets a platform and a fundraiser.

Eligibility

Who we're looking for

First come, first served on the calendar - and every applicant is vetted.

  • Majority women-owned or minority-owned business.
  • Operating in the greater New Orleans area (expanding to other cities soon).
  • A space, patio, block, or partner venue that can hold a crowd for an evening.
  • Willing and able to serve or sell on the night of the event.
  • No cost to host. We do not take a cut of your sales.

What we provide

  • Event strategy and concept development
  • Nonprofit matching and vetting
  • Run of show, vendor and volunteer coordination
  • Permits, logistics, and day-of event management
  • Marketing: photography, social, email, and local press outreach
  • Collab sales and fulfillment

What you provide

  • Your space and your team for the evening
  • Food, product, or service at your normal capacity
  • A story we can tell - how you started, who you serve
  • Promotion to your own customers and mailing list
  • One planning call and one walkthrough

  • Long-table community dinner with a brass trio and a pay-what-you-can seat model
  • Workshop night - wreath making, cocktail class, screen printing
  • Night market with ten neighborhood makers in your parking lot
  • Tasting menu preview with the nonprofit's youth program serving
  • Family day: face painting, food, and a resource fair

Timeline

From application to doors open

  1. Week 0Apply. We review in the order applications arrive.
  2. Week 1–2Intro call, vetting, and walkthrough of your space.
  3. Week 3Nonprofit match confirmed and date locked.
  4. Week 4–6Concept, sponsors, vendors, and marketing rollout.
  5. Event weekFinal run of show, press push, doors open.
  6. Week afterRecap, photos, funds delivered to the nonprofit, and your numbers.

Collab and event fees paid to All In NOLA are business expenses, not charitable contributions. Charitable gifts collected at events go directly to the 501(c)(3) partner.
